ABOUT
| Thomas C.
Tyler, Jr. J.D., LL.M.
in Taxation, CFP, RIA | | Mr. Tyler is both an
attorney and a
financial planner. He is a graduate of the
University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Administration and a major in Finance, electing to focus on investment
management. Additionally, Tom graduated from the Florida State University
College of Law, receiving his law degree with honors, and subsequently obtained
an advanced law degree in taxation from the University of Florida College of
Law. Before establishing Fiduciary Consulting Group, Inc. in 1995, Mr. Tyler practiced business law with a large firm in Jacksonville,
Florida, and worked at Smith Barney for a year. He has attained the
Certified Financial Planner designation and has over fifteen years of experience
in the study and practice of law and the financial services industry. He is a
member of the Florida Bar Association and the Sarasota Bar Association and is
the sole shareholder of the law firm of Thomas C.
